Project 448

Project 448 was a full house refurbishment — taking tired interiors through to a clean, liveable finish across the hallway, living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom and entrance.

New flooring runs through the rooms, walls were redecorated, and the bathroom was rebuilt with a marble-effect enclosure, dark floor tiles and new sanitaryware. Bedrooms and the living room were finished with fresh paint, new radiators and patio doors opening onto the garden.

The result is a bright, consistent home throughout: practical finishes, new services where needed, and rooms ready to move into.

Every room felt unfinished. Now the hallway, bedrooms and bathroom have the same clean finish — it actually feels like a home again.
