Kitchen Refurb
Full rip out, new sub-floor installation, new electrics, new kitchen and tiling.
This kitchen needed a complete reset. The existing space showed long-term damp damage, tired fittings and services that could not support a modern layout — so the brief was a full rip out, not a cosmetic refresh.
We stripped the room back to structure, installed a new sub-floor, rewired for a contemporary kitchen layout, and rebuilt with moisture-resistant boarding before fitting a new kitchen and completing the tiling. The result is a bright, hard-wearing family kitchen with clean lines, practical storage and finishes that will hold up to daily use.
Works were sequenced carefully: demolition and services first, then floor and fabric, then joinery, appliances and final decoration — so each trade could finish cleanly without undoing the last.
We had lived with a damp, tired kitchen for years. HASKO stripped it back properly and gave us a room that finally feels solid, bright and easy to live with.
